All Breed Rescue Alliance of South Central Indiana, Inc.

About ABRASCI
The All Breed Rescue Alliance of South Central Indiana, Inc. (ABRASCI)
was formed in July of 1998 to share information, publicize breed
rescue, provide an avenue through which people who need to place an
animal can find help, and help people who wish to adopt an animal
to locate animals in need.
ABRASCI offers the following services:
- Maintain local and regional contacts for breed rescue groups
- Provide information about the characteristics of specific breeds
- Assist in the location and adoption of purebreds
- Help displaced animals find permanent homes
- Provide foster care under some circumstances
Most of our volunteer work is devoted to referral, rescue, foster and placement
of pure breed dogs. Since January of 1999, we have successfully fostered,
placed, and referred to other breed rescue groups over two hundred dogs.
