This is a special year for the NAACP; we are celebrating 100 years fighting for civil rights and cultivating future leaders.

Join us for our annual scholarship fundraiser on Saturday, October 10, 2009. Social hour begins at 6:00pm, and dinner begins at 7:00pm.

The scholarship program is a local program that awards scholarships to academically talented, motivated high school seniors who intend to pursue undergraduate degrees full time. This scholarship is reserved for exceptional individuals who share the NAACP's leadership, commitment to public service, and desire to make a difference. All scholarship winners will also be awarded a one-year NAACP membership free. See the winners from 2007!
